Service
The P.A.S. Systems are self-contained
units. Other than the items such as flashlight bulbs and batteries,
there are no user-serviceable parts inside. If you conclude that your
P.A.S. is not functioning correctly, it must be returned to PAS Systems
International for service.
Carefully package the instrument in its
carrying case (if applicable). Place the case in a suitable shipping box
and send to PAS Systems International at the address below. We suggest
shipping UPS, Federal Express, or when using parcel post be sure to use
a service that will provide tracking if the package is lost. It would
also be wise to insure the package for the original purchase price.
Please be sure to include a contact name, phone number where you can be
reached during regular business hours and the address where you would
like the unit returned.
If your unit is out of warranty, you
will be notified of estimated service charges before repairs begin.
Service after
the sale is our objective and we always strive to provide our customers
with prompt, reliable service, usually 24 to 48 hours from receipt.

Warranty
PAS Systems International, Inc.
provides a one (1) year Warranty from the date of purchase of the
instrument, should the product exhibit a manufacturing defect or defect
in workmanship. Products showing unusual wear, abuse, alteration, or
items dropped or accidentally broken by the customer may not be covered
under the Warranty. In addition, the Warranty does not cover the
replacement of bulbs or batteries. PAS Systems International will
provide one (1) free calibration service during the Warranty period,
should such a recalibration be necessary.
